Exchange & Refund Policy
- What happens if I received faulty item or one that has been damaged during shipping?
All Ethea Home products are packaged and delivered with the utmost care. However, we understand that circumstances is unavoidable. Most our tableware have slight variation in colour and finish due to its factory production, as such these are not deemed at faulty items. If you received incorrect items, missing items or damaged/defective items during delivery, you may be eligible for an exchange/refund within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for an exchange/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We would require visual proof (picture) of the damage/defect during your first inspection of the item. All damaged/incorrect items must be returned to Ethea Home in order to receive an exchange/refund.
